Paying for WriteSafe WriteSafe is now quicker and easier than ever! Our new, automated Registration Management system gives you instant registration numbers and if you choose public posting your work will appear in our New Gallery instantly as well--complete with logline, general synopsis, whatever information you want visitors to see. WriteSafe service charges are as follows: • 1 CREATIVE WORK REGISTRATION - one file consisting of one title - $15 for a 10 year renewable registration. WriteSafe's NEW IMPROVED Registration System provides a Special Automatic Discount for all users! Every $15 that you deposit into your WriteSafe Account automatically gives you $20 worth of WriteSafe Credit. You can make deposits in $5, $10, and $15 increments, and have $20 in purchasing power per $15 actually spent no matter how many deposits and transactions you perform. • 1 FILE CONVERSION from your native filetype to html or PDF - $5 per file. WriteSafe is often asked what format to use for publicly posted written material such as screenplays, teleplays, and novels. Our experience is that the best presentations are those done in html or made by Adobe Acrobat as PDF files. If you would like your work converted for posting but are not able to do it yourself WriteSafe is glad to do it for you. Please note that file conversion is not an automatic process even though your account contains the necessary file. All you have to do, however, is e-mail us with the name of the work and/or file and make the request. WriteSafe is no longer able to convert ScriptWare files to html or PDF. Limitations in the ScriptWare program make this an exceedingly difficult and tedious task. If you would like us to convert your ScriptWare file please follow the directions in the program and export it to ASCI and send that new file to us as .txt or .asc file. • 1 CHANGE FROM PRIVATE TO PUBLIC/PUBLIC POST TO PRIVATE FILE - $5 per file. Should you change your mind about having your work seen by visitors to WriteSafe you can change your file from a private archive to a public post or vice versa with the click of a button. The change is instantaneous and can be made at our new REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT PAGE. Simply log into your account, find the file you wish to change, and click "Edit." When a registered work is changed from 'public' to 'private' WriteSafe will remove the file from our New Gallery and take all necessary steps to prevent it from being seen at WriteSafe.Com. We regret, however, that we cannot be responsible for removing previously public posts from internet search sites, especially Google. Search engine technology is such that web material often is cached and therefore may show up during a search. We are currently working to solve this problem. • 1 CANCEL REGISTRATION - $5 per file. Should you change your mind about having your work registered with WriteSafe you can cancel your registration before the 10 year period is up by e-mailing your request to admin@writesafe.com. We will delete all copies of your file from our archives and expunge all information about it from our database. • 1 FEATURED CREATOR PAGE - $250 per page. • 1 FEATURED CREATOR PAGE UPDATE - $50 per page. When you've decided how many works--ideas, outlines, stories, screen or teleplays, poems, novels, cartoons, et al--you want to register, and what you want done with them, go to the REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT PAGE and follow the directions for payment, uploading, and complete control over the presentation of your files. Your registration number will appear to the left of the title of your work when you return to your account, whether it be one day or one minute (or less) after your successful upload. • Remember: Your credits are good any time. You can upload one file now and another tomorrow--or next--week--or next year. Whenever you are ready to register, WriteSafe is ready for you. • Uncomfortable with the Upload form, or having a problem with it because you are using a Mac? Instructions for sending us your files by e-mail are here. • When replacing an old version of a work with a new one, you must pay to register the replacement. Then upload the new file. If you want to replace an older version that is on public view, mark your new file "PUBLIC" and the old one "PRIVATE." Be sure and give the new version of the file a different name from the old one or the Uploader will not accept it.

REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT WriteSafe Pricing Registration with WriteSafe costs $15 per creative work (1 work per file), with a Special Automatic Discount giving you $20 worth of credit for every $15 you put into your WriteSafe Account.
